Knowing what I know and experience in my life about creating the reality I feel very uncomfortable about exploring lower vibrational frequencies by way of shame, anger and fear.

I am fearful that it can open up a can of worms.  Start something I won’t be able to finish.  I am afraid to go to the place of anger and fear, where I already dwelled for so many years.  I feel ashamed for asking for help.

Dairy allergy? I was convinced we were allergic to Dairy allergy? I was convinced we were allergic to dairy when my kids were little, endless cough and colds and snotty noses , so I subjected them to some years of soy milk. 

It is honestly my one regret in life as soy is a well-known endocrine disruptor it messes with your hormones. 

It’s so high in phyto oestrogens, it can change fully grown men into soy boys, with moobs and low testosterone. 

Luckily, we moved somewhere where we could access raw milk and after my GAPS training I understood the importance of milk kefir.

The King of ferments.

it has amazing gut healing properties. 

We were not allergic to raw fermented dairy we were allergic to pasteurised dairy, which is dead food. Completely indigestible.

Sometimes if the milk is really creamy, the kefir grains get a bit clotted up in the cream and turn yellow, they stop working so well so I picked them out and just dried them on a plate in the warm. 

They make very portable probiotic pills , and you could conceivably reconstitute them and bring them alive again and some fresh milk if you looked after them properly.

FREE food 😆 the Butcher should be your best friend FREE food 😆 the Butcher should be your best friend.  Precious animal fats. Sinew, tendons, gristly bits, sounds disgusting doesn’t it?  But this is what eating “nose to tail” means .

I offered to pay but they just gave it to me. I did spend €50 in there, to be fair. A Poulet Fermier, a proper farm yard chicken, with dark pink meat on the legs and corn fed yellow skin that makes the most amazing crisps. Some Merguez beef sausages. Beef liver. 

There was a time when I would drown my sorrows with Rum and raisins, a family sized bar of dairy milk, chocolate, and a huge packet of chilli crisps. Then feel absolutely dreadful the next day..

That was 40 years ago. I’ve learnt my lesson and now indulge in crunchy crackling and French cuisine, high fat satisfying, lush, delicious and most importantly, gut healing and remineralising. 

The more yellow the fat, the higher the Retinol : vitamin A which we need to host Copper into position to command the foot soldiers of Iron and zinc.  Iron deficiency is a myth. What is anaemia? Disregulated iron. 

At nearly 60 my cognitive function feels sharper than ever before, my body flexible and strong, my moods are generally very good. I sleep well. No aches or pains, well nothing to write home about.  No meds.

When I was anxious and depressed, I used to put a pencil in my mouth, between my teeth sideways so my cheeks would make a grimace that resembled a smile, to remind my smile muscles what smiling felt like and to trick my brain into thinking that everything was okay. 

Now I know I needed a lot more animal fat and fish oils and protein and butter with my fresh fruit and veg, healed my leaky gut and got my minerals in balance. 

That would’ve lifted me out of the depression much quicker.

That was 30 years ago. A lot of water under the bridge. 

I’ve learnt so much and long to share the remedies and solutions to the current systemic health problems. 

There is a root cause. 

Feeling anxious is not normal. 

Regain your composure and cognitive function, feel sparked up again.

Listen I love my sugar, I eat sweet stuff, I get s Listen I love my sugar, I eat sweet stuff, I get savoury in first. I make sure my minerals are balanced. I make sure I’m well hydrated. I make sure I get enough protein and fats in the equation so that when 4 o’clock comes round I can enjoy a piece of toasted tea cake spread thick with butter and honey.

I am not ruled by the sugar monsters. I choose when I take my sweets. I am no longer controlled by parasitic entities.

I was sick of being dictated to buy opportunistic pathogenic gut bugs and parasites. 

It is such a pleasure to be able to think clearly, sleep deeply, wake up feeling refreshed, feel creative and as though anything is possible after a years of anxiety, depression, lethargy, and apathy

Gut healing and mineral balancing have liberated me and hundreds of my clients, I found the keys to lasting wellness and I’m offering them to you. 

Of course there’s an exchange involved.  I have honestly tried to GIVE this stuff away to those in need, but you can lead a horse to water…

Unregulated iron will clog up the liver, the spleen, all the tissues in fact, making for a sluggish body, sluggish mind, sluggish soul.

During my 3 day water fast I awoke to many realisations and revelations.  Time slows down when you stop fuelling your furnace. 

I am gaining more understanding of why our society is so out of balance on so many levels.  I feel genuinely excited to be able to offer myself as an antidote to the poisoning of our hearts and minds with focus on the temple, the body. 

Intention is everything

Day 3 of 3 day water fast ⭐️. Last night was a bit Day 3 of 3 day water fast ⭐️. Last night was a bit of a rough ride. 

I awoke to a heavy throbbing in my left ear. I could triangulate between my ear and nose and throat the precise location.  Inflammation, throbbing blood flow, no pain.  The body doing its work. 

I feel it was left over from a couple of years back when I had a really bad cough and my ear got blocked up from blowing my nose too much. 

I fell back to sleep, then woke up again to what felt like a drum pounding on the mattress.  I think it was my spleen or my liver.  No pain, just this massive throbbing.  It was intense.  But I know it is my body doing repair work. 

Digesting food uses up an immense amount of energy. When we stop eating, we free up that energy so the body can use it for really important work. 

I got up with the morning chorus, birds are my alarm. my legs were very shaky. I drank hot water and Shivambu, had a hot salt bath to sweat out toxins and took a water enema.  Enemas rock.  Clearing the colon frees up the body to clean up elsewhere. 

Sunbathing feeds our mitochondria.

Day two of a three day Water Fast weighing in toda Day two of a three day Water Fast weighing in today at 65 kg just one kilogram of what I weighed when I left home at 18.

I thought I was fat in 1986 😆 leaving home to go to London to be trained at LAMDA, the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, was where I did my drama training like Pavlov’s dog is trained for its mouth to water when it hears the bell ring.

My mouth has been watering today talking to clients about the easily digestible gut healing foods that they need to soothe and heal and nourish the gut lining and re mineralise.

Hot meat stock with a splash of kvass and knob of butter a scoop of minerals in the form of Oystermax, milk kefir eggnog, with honey and cinnamon, fried crispy lentil bread with liver pate and kimchi or mashed sardines with horseradish cream, Lardy apple sauce with raisins and cultured cream. Oh my God, my mouth is watering.

But I don’t feel hungry and only water will pass my lips today.

It feels super empowering to not have to cook not to eat, not to do the washing up. 

This article comes from some newspaper in the 1990s. It tells the story of when I set off a bomb alert at Gatwick Airport carrying some packets of modelling clay with some marine equipment which looked suspiciously like plastic explosives and a timer on the airport scanners.

I was taken away to have my bag examined by 3 great big security guards, thank God they were not armed in those days, it would’ve brightened the life out of me.

One of them recognise me from the TV because back in the day there were only 4 TV channels.  One TV show I was in called Medics, was aired at 9 pm on a Friday night, on ITV: primetime viewing. It had viewing figures of around 28 million so they said. I used to get recognised quite often on the street.

So the security guards became all joking and jovial because they’ve seen me on another show called Minder and we all laughed it off. I tell more stories like this in my book Bagel Goggles it’s part recipe book, part biography, part paradigm shifting spell book full of Remedy and solutions,
