We are more woke than we give ourselves credit for. Real clean food is helping me keep the dream alive : kefir and coconut milkshake with raw egg, cocoa, honey and cinnamon to wash down black bean brownie (eggs, butter, beans, chocolate, stevia) topped with butter icing (coconut oil, butter, raw egg, raw honey) #paleobreakfast

Breakfasting on Black Cherries with (24hr) Soured Cream Ashwaganda and Ginger paste with Raw Cacao Nibs washed down with Dandelion Bulletproof coffee with coconut oil and raw honey. Sumptuous, rich, bitter-sweet. Life. AND the sun is shining. So grateful, so devoted to food as medicine, going to be SO buzzing from this fuel in my furnace, I’ll be as ready as I can be to take what life can throw at me. Wishing that coherent, ordered, peaceful, generous actions abound and surround us all. Love love love
